Tutorial: Step by step

Step 1 Sony Xperia E (C1504/5, 1604/5)

CHARACTERISTICS:

Dimensions: 113.5 x 61.8 x 11 mm

Weight: 115.7 g

Screen: Kind Capacitive touchscreen TFT, 16M colors

Size: 320 x 480 pixels, 3.5 inches

Memory: Card slot microSD, up to 32GB

- 4GB internal memory (2GB available to the user), 512MB RAM

Processor: Qualcomm MSM7227A 1GHz, Adreno 200 GPU

Camera: 3.15 MP, 2048x1536 pixels, geo-tagging, video FWVGA

Before starting, make sure that the mobile is turned off.

Step 2 Back cover

Push the lid with your thumbs up.

Step 3

Separate the back cover by pulling it.

Step 4 Battery

Remove the battery by prying the bottom with an opening tool.

Step 5

Remove the SIM and SD cards.

Step 6 Lower cap.

To separate the lower cover we must release the two plastic tabs that hold it.

Step 7 Screws

Remove the 7 Torx screws that hold the housing.

Step 8 Intermediate housing

With the help of a tine, disassemble the intermediate housing by releasing the plastic hooks all around.

Step 9

Separate the intermediate housing.

Step 10 Motherboard connections

Remove the adhesive that covers the connectors on the screen.

Step 11 Motherboard

Take off and disconnect the flex from the digitizer, by activating the tab of the connector and gently pulling the flex.

Step 12

Step 13 Rear camera

Unplug and remove the rear camera.

Step 14

Pull the coaxial cable to separate it from the chassis.

Separate the base plate by pulling on the top.

Step 15 Cable coaxial

Disconnect the coaxial cable from the motherboard.

Step 16 Flex with double SIM card reader

With the help of the special metal spatula, take off the flex with double SIM card reader.
