Tutorial: Step by step

Step 1 Specifications

Screen: 5 inches

Resolution: 720x1280 HD

Storage: Internal: 8Gb External: MicroSD up to 64Gb

Camera: Front of 5Mp and rear of 13Mp with autofocus.

Operating System: Android OS version 5.1 Lollipop.

Processor: Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 MSM8908, Quad-core A7 1.1Ghz

RAM memory: 1 GB

Battery: 4000 mAh / 3.7V Polymer Lithium

Step 2 Battery cover

Remove the battery cover, if necessary, use an opening tool.

Step 3 Cards

Remove all cards that are on the device.

Step 4 Intermediate housing

Remove the 9 Phillips screws that hold the intermediate housing.

Step 5

With the help of an opening tool, carefully unhook the intermediate casing.

Step 6 Battery

Remove the Phillips screw that holds the antenna module and the speaker so you can remove the battery more comfortably.

Step 7

Disconnect the battery and remove it.

Step 8 Motherboard

Unplug everything connected to the motherboard.

Step 9

Also remove the front camera.

Step 10

Step 11

To finish, undo the flex of side buttons and then weld it to the new base plate.
