We start by removing the back cover or battery cover. For this we will use a plastic opening tool and slide it between the lid and the chassis to release it.

In this step we start by removing the battery. We use an opening tool to pry and lift it although in this case, it can be done with your hands.

Then we will remove the SIM and SD cards. To remove the SIM card, we will have to press the tab that is in front of the reader before pushing it.

In order to remove the inner casing, we must first remove the eight Phillips screws (PH # 00) that hold it to the chassis. Then with the help of a pick or other opening tool, we will unhook the housing from the notches that hold it.

To remove the motherboard, disconnect the flexes of the screen, both the digitizer and the display. Also, even if it does not appear in the images, we unplug the front camera and remove it.

Now we can undo the base plate by releasing it from the notches that hold it.

To finish, we just have to take off the flex of the chassis button.
