Innjoo Halo - Ignition and volume pushbuttons

Guide with all the necessary steps so that you can change the volume and power buttons of the Innjoo Halo yourself.

Step 1 Innjoo Halo

Before starting, make sure that the mobile is turned off.

Step 2 Back cover

Remove the back cover with a plastic opening tool, starting from the slot located in one of the corners.

Step 3 Battery

Remove the battery by pulling on the bottom.

Step 4 SIM and SD cards

Remove the SIM and SD cards.

Step 5 Intermediate housing

Remove the 11 Phillips screws (PH # 00).

Separate the intermediate housing, unhooking the contour with an opening tool.

Step 6 Motherboard

Remove the pieces of tape covering the connectors on the motherboard.

Step 7

Unplug the data flexes from the screen on the motherboard. To do this, press the tab of each of the connectors and gently pull the flexes.

Step 8

Disconnect the flex from the front camera on the motherboard.

Take off the volume and ignition pushbuttons.

Step 9 Motherboard

Separate the base plate next to the vibrator and microphone that are located at the bottom.

Step 10 Ignition and volume pushbuttons

Finally, we will desoldate the flex of the motherboard. For this we will use a suitable support to hold the base plate.

Apply heat to the tin of the pins with the tip of the soldering iron. Move the tip for each of the pins while holding the flex with some pines. The flex will be detached little by little without the need for strength.

Apply a little flux paste to the pins to make them melt easier.
