Step 2 Sim and microSD cards

We will start by removing the SIM and microSD cards as otherwise the trays would prevent us from removing the case later.

Inserting the tool to open trays in the hole of this, pressing lightly, we will eject it and we can remove them.

Step 3 Rear cover trims

To be able to remove the casing, we will have to take out the trims since after them we will find several screws that fasten it to the chassis.

We will detach them applying heat and using a flat opening tool. We recommend that the tool be plastic to avoid scratches.

Step 4 Back case

To remove the casing, we will have to remove the six screws that we found behind the trims. Then, with the help of a tool, we will unhook the housing from the notches that hold it.

Step 5 Disconnect components

Now we will proceed to disconnect the components that, connected to the board, prevent us from removing it. We will disconnect the battery, the flex of the screen and the lower flex.

We will also remove the three Phillips screws (PH # 00) that fasten it to the chassis.

Step 6

Before we can remove the base plate, we will have to take off the flex pushbuttons of the chassis.

Once this is done, we will have to disengage the plate.

Step 7 Front camera

When removing the motherboard, we will have access to the camera connector. We will lift the tab of the connector and remove it.
