Tutorial: Step by step

Step 1

We start by removing the SIM / SD tray to remove the back cover. To do this, first we extract the two Torx T3 screws that hold it by the bottom and then we will leverage it to disengage it.

Step 2 Disconnect components

In this step we will desolder the battery, take off the flex of lateral push buttons and disconnect the flex from the display.

Step 3 Disconnect components

Now we disconnect the flex from the digitizer, the coaxial antenna cable and the fingerprint sensor.

Take off the battery and unscrew the speaker module to take off the microphone and vibrator flex of the chassis.

Step 4 Removing the motherboard

Remove the three Phillips screws (PH # 00) that hold the motherboard, take off the vibrator and the rear camera and undo the base plate.

Step 5 Motherboard

To finish, we disconnected the rear camera and desoldamos the front camera, the interconnection flex, the flex lateral pushbuttons, the proximity sensor and the vibrator.
