We start by introducing a flat tool between the housing and the frame to disengage it.
Step 2 Remove battery
To remove the battery, we will simply pry with a tool or pull it with your fingers.
Step 3 Remove intermediate housing
We remove the twelve Phillips screws (PH # 00) that hold the intermediate casing and unhook it.
Step 4 Disconnect components
In this step, we remove the back camera and then disconnect the flex from the digitizer. We will also remove the two Phillips screws (PH # 00) that hold the motherboard.
Step 5 Take off push buttons flex
In order to disengage the motherboard, first we have to take off this flex. We will cut the part of the adhesive that is stuck to the chassis, keeping the part that is in the flex itself, since part of the buttons will fall if we remove it.
Step 6 Removing the motherboard
Take off the vibrator to raise the base plate. Before removing it, we will disconnect the coaxial antenna cable and the flex from the screen.
Step 7 Handset
We can now take off the headset from the chassis.
