Tutorial: Step by step

Step 1 Back case

We extract the eleven Phillips screws (PH # 00) that hold the back shell, and with the help of a flat tool we will unhook the back shell.

Step 2 Drums

We remove the battery.

Step 3 Intermediate housing

Remove the ten Phillips screws (PH # 00) that hold the intermediate housing and with a flat tool unhook the intermediate housing.

Step 4 Cameras

We take off the adhesive that is on top of the base plate in order to disconnect the flex from the screen, and we can now disconnect and remove both cameras.

Step 5 Motherboard

Unplug and detach the components that are left on the motherboard, remove the three Phillips screws (PH # 00) that hold the motherboard, and lift it to the area where the battery was before, since underneath the motherboard is connected the interconnection flex.

Step 6 Handset

With the help of a metallic tool we will remove all the silicone that surrounds the headset.

Step 7 Side push buttons

Remove the three Phillips screws (PH # 00) that hold the side frame with the side keys, and with the help of a metal tool remove the silicone that blocks the hole through which the flex out of side push buttons, and with the help of some tweezers we will remove the flex.

Step 8 Auxiliary plate with components

We remove the Phillips screw (PH # 00) and the adhesives that hold the auxiliary plate with components.

Step 9 Full screen with chassis

To finish, we will remove the black adhesive that was under the battery, and we can also take off the interconnection flex screen that we have to replace.
