Tutorial: Step by step

Step 1 Opening

Before starting make sure the tablet is off.

Remove the back cover by prying it with the plastic prong.

Step 2

Disconnect the flex cables from the interconnection, by operating the tabs of the connectors and gently pulling the cables.

Step 3

Remove the Phillips screws that hold the battery.

Step 4 Battery

Disconnect and remove the battery.

Step 5

Unplug the speaker flexes and volume controls from the motherboard.

Step 6 Left speaker with audio connector.

Remove the 2 Phillips screws that hold the charging connector.

Remove the speaker next to the connector.

Step 7

Remove the right speaker.
