To remove the battery, we will lift it with the help of an opening tool or directly with your hands,

Step 4 Remove SIM and SD cards

To remove the cards we will simply pull them out.

Step 5 Remove intermediate housing

To remove this case, first remove the seven Phillips screws (PH # 00) that hold it to the chassis. Once the screws are removed, we will use a flat tool to release it.

Step 6 Disconnect components

In this step, we will disconnect the components of the plate to be able to withdraw it later.

Step 7 Warm up and take off touch screen

After disconnecting the components of the motherboard, we will remove it to be able to subsequently slide and remove the flex from the digitizer.

Now, we will heat the screen for about half a minute at about 60ºC to soften the adhesive.

With the hot screen, we will slide a prong between it and the frame to remove the adhesive that holds it.

Step 8 Touch screen

Before removing the screen, we will remove the flex from the digitizer and then slide it through the hole in the chassis. If necessary, remove the remaining adhesive that may be on the top of the screen.
