We will start by removing the back cover. To do this, we will leverage with an opening tool to release the notches that hold them. Then with an opening tool or directly with your hands, the battery will be disengaged.

Remove the eight Phillips screws (PH # 0) that hold the intermediate housing and then, with an opening tool, we will pry it loose.

In this step, we take off the flex of side push buttons of the chassis. We also remove the front camera and disconnect the flex from the display, the digitizer and the interconnection.

Remove the Phillips screw (PH # 0) that holds the motherboard and take off the vibrator to remove it. We also disconnected the antenna cable that we had forgotten.

After removing the plate, we remove the adhesive that covers the chassis and heat the screen to soften the adhesive.

With the hot screen we introduce an opening tool between it and the frame. Sliding it around the contour will get the touch screen off.
