To begin with, we remove the tray from the cards with the help of the extraction tool.
Step 2 Back case
With a thin enough tool we will unhook all the edges of the back cover, then we must remove the three Phillips screws (PH # 00) that holds the shield that protects the connectors, and disconnect the fingerprint reader.
Step 3 Side push buttons
We disconnect the flex with the side buttons.
It would not be necessary to take them off.
Step 4 Components
We disconnect the flex from the screen, and the interconnection flex.
Step 5 Superior antenna
We extract the five Phillips screws (PH # 00) that hold the upper antenna and we can unhook it.
Step 6 Components
We disconnect the flex from the digitizer, and the coaxial cable.
Step 7 Motherboard
Once all the components that were connected to the motherboard have been disconnected, we will remove the three Phillips screws (PH # 00) that hold the motherboard and we can remove it.
Step 8 Handset
With the help of a fine metal spike, we took off the broken handset that we are going to replace.
